29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. At the south wall near the shipping area, the Dayton Coiler machine power cord was not provided a strain relief device to prevent tension on the terminals joints exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
