29 CFR 1910.36(e)(2): At the receiving area, the exit door did not swing out in the direction of exit travel.    In the receiving and shipping area, the employer did not ensure the exit door used by employees as an exit route swung outward in the direction of the exit discharge for quick exit.  The employees were exposed to fire and smoke hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws.    At the south wall near the shipping area, the Dayton Coiler machine power cord was not provided a strain relief device to prevent tension on the terminals joints exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
