29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: At 500 Technology Drive West in Weldon Springs, MO 63304 (Rotunda area, floors 1-3) - On or about 11/20/2019 - employees were exposed to delayed egress hazards where interior doors labeled as "EXIT" immediately outside the elevators required badging for access.
