29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) On or about December 4, 2019, on the 5th floor in room number 535, an employee was allowed to operate a reciprocating saw (Serial #374641923) for cutting drape boxes that was connected to an electric cord that showed strain relief.
