29 CFR 1926.1060(b): The employer did not provide retraining as necessary for each employee using ladders and stairways so that the employee maintained the understanding and knowledge acquired through prior training: Location: West Side of the Building in the parking lot area @ 15 Highland Ave. Attleboro, MA 02703 On or about 12/05/2019 an employee doing service work on a heating unit fell 20 feet to the ground below when the ladder he was descending on slipped from the roof edge.
