29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points: a) On or about December 2 and 5, 2019, in the main aisle in the back room of an establishment located at 2339 SE Federal Highway in Stuart, Florida, employees were exposed trip hazards when working in the back room while an aisle leading to the exit discharge had boxes placed within it and was not maintained at least 28 inches in width. b) On or about December 5, 2019, in the aisle adjacent to the Nest-a-flex in the back room of an establishment located at 2339 SE Federal Highway in Stuart, Florida, employees were exposed to entrapment hazards when working in the back room while an aisle leading to the exit discharge had boxes placed within it and was not maintained at least 28 inches in width.
