29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): (v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On December 5, 2019, located in the parking lot of a car dealership, an employee was operating a Truck Mounted Telescopic Bucket Lift Model# TKS46 performing service work for lighting controls without a personal fall arrest system attached to the boom or basket. The W.L. Sturm Electric, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.502(d), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1325810, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/30/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 155 W. Kemper Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45246.
