Row 26-27 did not have sufficient safe clearance for the forklift.  There were pallets on the floor in the aisle not allowing sufficient clearance for the forklift and pickers to maneuver.

29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been  taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s):  (a)  Employees were exposed to struck by hazards and obstructed view hazards. The Crown lift Order Picker #3 had a cracked windshield and was not taken out of service until restored to a safe operating condition in the warehouse.  The glass could shatter and strike the employee if products fell and struck the already damaged glass.  (b) Employees were exposed to struck by hazards. The Crown Forklift #11 the back light was not working and it was not taken out of service until restored to a safe operating condition in the warehouse.  (c) Employees were exposed to struck by hazards. The Toyota propane forklift had one front light that wasn't working in the Packing and Shipping Area.
