29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels is not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): On or about December 4, 2019, at Enclave community , Lot 1, Naples, FL, 34110, FL, 34953, employees were exposed to 12 feet fall hazards while installing roof tile on a new residential development with a pitch of 7:12. a) ROOFCRAFTERS, INC. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1375499, citation number 01, item number 01, with respect to a workplace located at 615 Harbor Dr., Naples, FL, 34103 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/6/2019.
