(b) On or about December 4, 2019, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that employees working with a belt sander, identified as number 003289, located in the machine shop, were protected from ingoing nip point hazards on the sanding belt.     (c)  On or about December 4, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to laceration injuries while using a Rockwell/Delta band saw, located in the machine shop, without a guard on the exposed blade.
