29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) 6610 Niagara Falls Blvd. - On or about 12/04/2019, the employer did not develop and implement a written Hazard communication program for hazardous chemicals that the employees use, including: -PURELL Advanced Instant Hand Sanitizer-which contained Ethanol, and Propan-2-ol; -Alpha-HP Multi Surface Cleaner - which contained Propylene glycol n-propyl ether. The LA Fitness Club was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1221341, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/08/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 5070 Jonestown Road, Harrisburg, PA 17112. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
