29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1): The employer did not ensure that employee(s) required to use a tight-fitting facepiece respirator passed the appropriate qualitative fit test (QLFT) or quantitative fit test (QNFT):    1) On December 5, 2019, and at prior times, the employer required employees to wear respiratory protection while spray painting in the paint booth.  The employer did not ensure that the employees were fit tested in the full face respirators that they wore while spray painting in the booth.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s):  1) On December 5, 2019, and at prior times, the employer did not maintain copies of required safety data sheets.  The employer's plan to maintain safety data sheets electronically was inadequate in that it directed employees to search for safety data sheets at the OSHA website, which is not an SDS repository.  In addition, hard copies of safety data sheets had not been maintained and updated to reflect current chemical inventory.  Employees work with hazardous chemicals such as primer that contains hexavalent chromium, a carcinogen, and paint hardeners containing isocyanates, a respiratory sensitizer.
