29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and cables were used as a substitute for fixed wiring of a structure: This violation was observed on or about December 4, 2019, at the compounder, the employer allowed the use of a power strip plugged into an overhead extension cord instead of fixed wiring to power a lamp. This exposed the employees to electrical hazards.
