29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body belt was not located in the center of the wearer's back. The attachment point of the body narness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head.  On or about 12/6/2019 at 3255 Overhill Court, Lot 79, Braselton, GA, workers performing roofing activities on the 8/12 pitch roof, were exposed to injuries relating to falls where the employer failed to enforce the proper wearing of the full body harnesses, allowing for the metal "D" ring to be located low on the wearers back.
