29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On December 6, 2019 employees engaged in decking the roof of a house were exposed to fall hazards in excess of six feet. Amy Gamez was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 20 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1181616, citation number1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 21, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 6435 50th Street Lubbock, TX 79424.
