29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, altered, or moved such that they or any conductive material handled on them might come closer than 3 ft to exposed and energized power lines: a) 777 South 20th Street, Philadelphia, PA - Employer allowed employees to work on fabricated frame scaffold, approximately 100 feet long, 32.5 feet high and 4 feet wide, which was erected within 3 feet of an energized (120/220 volt) service drop thus exposing employees to electric shock hazards. This condition was observed on or about November 18, 2019.

This condition was observed on or about November 18, 2019.
