On or about December 5, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting roofing operations, approximately twenty-seven (27) feet above the ground, were not protected from falling.    b. On or about December 5, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee conducting roofing operations, approximately twenty-one (21) feet above the ground, was not protected from falling.    Stewart Roofing Co., Inc. was previously cited for a violation of the occupational safety and health's equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1329522, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 15, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 25-27 Churn St. in Matteson, IL.    Stewart Roofing Co., Inc. was previously cited for a violation of the occupational safety and health's equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1082302, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 29, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 15703 Lake Hills Court in Orland Park, IL.
