At the jobsite located at 5838 W. 21st St. Wichita, KS:  Employees engaged in commercial roofing activities, walking and working on a 6:12 and 10:12 pitch roof, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet 5 inches from the eave of the building to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.
