29 CFR 1960.69: The federal agency failed to retain copies of the recordkeeping records for five years following the year to which they related and did not continue to provide access to the data:    a) USDA, Eastern Regional Research Center - On or about December 5, 2019, the employer did not retain the OSHA 300/300 A forms for the calendar year 2015.  b) USDA, Eastern Regional Research Center - On or about December 5, 2019, the employer did not retain the OSHA 300/300 A forms for the calendar year 2016.  c) USDA, Eastern Regional Research Center - On or about December 5, 2019, the employer did not retain the OSHA 300/300 A forms for the calendar year 2017.  No abatement Required.
