29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) Shop shipping area - On or about 3/10/20, a Dell computer monitor (operating at 115 volts and 0.1 amperes) was connected to a relocatable power strip (operating at 115 volts and 15 amperes). The power strip was hanging on the wall. The relocatable power strip was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. (b) Shop shipping area - On or about 3/10/20, a Dell computer monitor (operating at 115 volts and 0.1 amperes) was connected to a relocatable power strip (operating at 115 volts and 15 amperes). The relocatable power strip and the SWS LP7510 LED Scale Weighing System (operating at 115 volts and 0.1 ampere) were plugged into a triple outlet adapter. The triple outlet adapter was plugged into a dual outlet receptacle (operating at 115 volts). The triple outlet adapter was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
