29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  On or about December 6, 2019 at the worksite located at 4372 Rock Rose Garden Way in Gainesville, Georgia employees installing roof trusses on a new residential structure, were exposed to potential head injuries when the employer failed to ensure that all employees were wearing proper head protection.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:  On or about December 6, 2019 at the worksite located at 4372 Rock Rose Garden Way Gainesville, Georgia employees installing roof trusses were exposed to eye injuries while utilizing pneumatic nail guns without the use of eye protection.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about December 6, 2019 at the worksite located at 4372 Rock Rose Garden Way in Gainesville Georgia employees exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet when the employer failed to ensure that each employee was properly tied off to a properly installed anchor system.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
