OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to caught-by hazard: On or about 12/09/2019 at 413 N. Alafaya Trail, Orlando, FL, employees were performing a maintenance cycle run on the Claw carnival ride and were exposed to a caught-by hazard when attempting to retrieve a ladder that had fallen between the floor platform while the Claw ride was operating.
