29 CFR 1910.178(o)(2): Load(s) were being handled which exceeded the rated capacity of the industrial truck: a) In the warehouse: On or about December 10, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards, in that forklifts with rated weight capacities of 45,000 lbs. and 48,000 lbs. were used to transport engines and generators weighing up to 55,700 lbs. to a flat-rack.
