29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a) On or about September 20, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing metal finishing activities including, but not limited to, caulking and cutting out holes in the roof of the canopy for the electrical lights were exposed to fall hazards due to the lack of personal fall protection.  Employees were exposed to fall hazard of approximately ten (10) feet,  six (6) inches to concrete surface below.
