29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employers did not develop, implement, and maintain a written hazard communication program which at least described how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training would be met, and which also including (e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii) of this section:      WORKSHOP: The employer had not established and implemented a site specific written hazard communication program, including the Globalized Harmonized System (GHS) where employees were required to work with chemicals, such as (but not limited to) the stain blaster, pathway drain treatment, glasspro clean, 66 Heavy Duty bath cleaner & disinfectant, Zephair Mountain Mist Air Fresher, Gel pro, Lemon-EZE, Revitalize Miracle Spotter, Digi clean anti bacterial soap, CBS plus, Care strip, Low temp laundry solid chlorine sanitize, and aquanomic 2.0 low temp laundry solid detergent.        Sheraton Hotel  Hartford South was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200( e) (1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1104184, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2, issued on 04-01-2016, and became a final order on 04-25-2016, with respect to a workplace location at 100 Capital Boulevard, Rocky Hill, CT 06067.         Northbrook Hotel Group LP, dba Sheraton Chicago Northbrook was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200( e)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1365404, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, issued on 02-27-2019, and became a final order on 03-25-2019, with respect to a workplace location at 1110 Willow Road, Northbrook, IL 60062.
