29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1): Power operated tool(s), designed to accommodate guards, were not equipped with such guards when in use: (a) On or about 12/03/2019 - 915 West McKinney Street, Albertville, AL, an employee was operating a Makita chop saw while cutting 2x6" metal studs and the guard was held back with a screw resulting in exposure to an amputation hazard.
