29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about 12/10/2020 and at times prior, at Lot 48B. in Botaniko, Weston, Florida, employees were working at the edge of the roof without fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 17 feet to ground level.

29 CFR 1926.1425(b): While the operator was not moving the suspended load, employees were within the fall zone, except those employees engaged in; (b)(1): hooking, unhooking or guiding a load; (b)(2) initial attachment of the load to a component or structure or (b)(3) operating a concrete hopper or bucket:  On or about 12/10/2019 and at times prior, at lot 48B, in Botaniko, Weston, Florida, employees working on the top deck of a building were standing below a suspended load exposing them to a struck-by hazard.
