Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

On or about December 11, 2019, at the previously addressed job site, the portable ladder(s) used to access the roof did not extend at least three (3') feet above the upper landing surface, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with falls.
