29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: a) For employees working at 239 301 Blvd E in Bradenton Florida, as observed on or about December 11, 2019. Employees were removing roofing material on a 3.7:12 pitch roof without the use of a fall protection system. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to 18.5 feet. Jade IC Enterprises, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1224390, citation number 01, item number 001a and was affirmed as a final order on 10/20/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 225 S Tropical Trail, Merritt Island, Florida 32952.
