On or about 12 December 2019, at a jobsite located at 531 S. LaSalle St. Aurora IL. 60505, employees were not provided or required to wear protective helmets in  a demolition zone. Employees were working at height on a scaffold while other employees were below picking up the debris and disposing of it. Employees were exposed to head injuries from falling debris.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with     Color'S Siding Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1334818, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/19/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1473 Chippewa Trail, Wheeling IL. 60090.
