The guarding device shall be in conformity with any appropriate standards therefor, or, in the absence of applicable specific standards, shall be so designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle.      a) On or about November 6, 2019, and times prior to, employees were exposed to amputation hazard when cutting various types of meats on Biro band saw model 3334 serial 43544 in the meat department.    b) On or about November 6, 2019, and times prior to, employees were exposed to amputation hazard when cutting various types of meats on Biro band saw model 3334 serial 43545 in the meat department.    c) On or about November 6, 2019, and times prior to, employees were exposed to amputation hazard when cutting various types of meats on Biro band saw model 3334 serial 43346 in the meat department.    d) On or about November 6, 2019, and times prior to, employees were exposed to amputation hazard when cutting various types of meats on Biro band saw model 1434 serial 5661 in the meat department.    e) On or about November 6, 2019, and times prior to, employees were exposed to amputation hazard when cutting fish on Biro band saw model 1433 serial 5779 in the sea food department.      The Fiesta Mart, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.132(f)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1101420, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 6, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2225 W.
