29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part: A) Federal Contractor, LLC, conducting work at 107 Beaver Creek Trail, Amherst, OH 44001: On or about December 12, 2019, employees were performing residential roofing activities without the benefit of an effective accident prevention program to ensure employees were protected from hazards that can result in eye injuries through the use of eye protection, and from fall hazards of approximately 8 feet to the ground below through proper utilization and use of the fall protection and ladders.
