29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers: On 12/5/2019, Richard Huelskamp, doing business as: RPI Construction and operating as the General Contractor for roofing operations at a residential building at 2 Fairfax Drive, Saint Peters, Missouri. The general contractor or controlling employer did not conduct an adequate inspection of the job site, materials, and equipment. The following hazardous conditions existed: a) Sub Contractor employees were on the roof of a residential building approximately 9 feet above the lower level without the use of a fall protective system. b) Sub Contractor employees were exposed to an unguarded Hitachi NV45AB2 nail gun. c) Sub Contractor employees were using pneumatic nail guns without the use of eye protection.
