29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(v): Each employee on a walkway located within a scaffold was not protected by a guardrail system (with a minimum 200 pound toprail capacity) installed within 9.5 inches (24.1 cm) of and along at least one side of the walkway.  (a) Location - 253 Merrimac Street, Newburyport, MA  On or about 12/12/2020, employees were not protected from falls, while working on a scaffold greater than 6 feet.
