29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with either the information specified under paragraphs (f)(1)(i) through (v) of this section for labels on shipped containers; or the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemicals: a) Work site was located at 367 Verona Avenue, Newark, NJ 07104 Employees were exposed to chemical hazards as they were permitted to use chemicals in the die cutting and printer press areas such as, but not limited to, Amalgamated International Ad Block, Amalgamated International Clear Ad Block, Amalgamated International Semi Matte Water Based Coating, Actega UV 7406, and Finetone Press Wash that was in water and Gatorade bottles as temporary chemical storage containers. The bottles were not labeled properly with the complete name of the chemicals and had no placard stickers warning of associated hazards with these chemical products. Violation was observed on or about December 16, 2019.

Employees were also unaware of global harmonization. Violation was observed on or about December 16, 2019.
