At the site located on 5121 Latrobe Drive, Windermere FL 34786 on the west side of the building, employees were painting on a roof landing and were not protected from a fall hazard of approximately 13 feet and 4 inches, on or about December 3, 2019.

29 CFR 1926.1053(a)(8): A metal spreader or locking device was not provided on each stepladder to hold the front and back sections in an open position when the ladder was being used: a) At the site on 5121 Latrobe Drive, Windermere, FL 34786. Two employees were painting n a landing using a 6 Foot A-Frame stepladder without the metal spreaders or locking devices extended, creating a 13 feet 4 inch fall hazard, on or about December, 3, 2019.
