29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:   Worksite located at 610 Bolivar St., Jefferson City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards in that employees were using step ladders to access the top of the walls and were stepping up on the top two steps of the ladders. Stepladders can easily topple when accessing or egressing off of a structure.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  Worksite located at 610 Bolivar St., Jefferson City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to possible eye injuries while using pneumatic nail guns without the use of any means of eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  Worksite located at 610 Bolivar St., Jefferson City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards in that the  employees were using step ladders that did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface.
