29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s):   a)Production area: On or about December 10, 2019 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to compressed argon and carbon dioxide gas, oxygen gas, acetylene gas, welding wire; synthetic cutting and grinding fluid, way oil and WD-40 without maintaining safety data sheets for these chemicals as required by the standard.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  a)Production area: On and about December 20, 2019 and at times prior thereto; the employer failed to provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment. Employees used products that contained hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to compressed argon and carbon dioxide gas, welding wires, synthetic cutting and grinding fluid, way oil, machine coolant oil and WD-40.
