The employer failed to ensure that a list of hazardous chemicals used at the facility was complied. This was most recently documented on December 12, 2019 at 11510 I St. Omaha Nebraska. The employer failed to compile a list of the following but not limited to chemicals: Corcraft Windshield washer fluid, and USA Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF)
