29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  a) Warehouse (Rear-Side Staging Area): On or about 10/30/19, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to entrapment and fire hazards, in that the exit route was blocked by stationary metal sheets within 3-5 inches in front of the exit route while performing tasks such staging material for distribution.
