29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about December 17, 2019 at the site, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of more than 6 feet while framing the roof of a residential construction without a fall protection system. Baybrook Windstorm, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1103732, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/07/16, with respect to a workplace located at 613 Water Street, Webster, TX 77598.
