29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): The employer did not ensure that all surfaces were maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) In the shooting range and lounge area, on or about December 17, 2019 - The counter and table surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of lead. The Anthony Arms & Accessories was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1209537, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 1, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2980 Lebanon Church Road, West Mifflin, PA 15122.
