29 CFR 1910.333(c)(2): Working on energized equipment. The employer did not ensure that only qualified person(s) were working on electric circuit parts or equipment that had not been deenergized, and such persons were capable of working safely on energized circuits and familiar with the proper use of special precautionary techniques, personal protective equipment, insulating and shielding materials, and insulated tools. Workplace: The unqualified employees were allowed to work on energized electrical parts to replace broken outlets and wall switches, exposing the employees to electrical hazards.
