29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. On December 19th, 2019 employees were exposed to burns and smoke inhalation hazards related to delayed emergency evacuation of the building while working where the exit access was reduced to less than 28 inches due to the storage of boxes, supplies, bins, and clothing racks Instances: a) Doorway to the hallway leading to the restroom and breakroom partially obstructed by stored supplies b) Pathway to Emergency exit 1 in the front of the store partially obstructed by store products c) Pathway to Emergency exit 2 in the front of the store partially obstructed by store products d) Ramp in the stock room partially obstructed by roller bins sored along the wall

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space were not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: Break Room Electrical Closet: On or about December 19, 2019, the electrical closet in the break room was inaccessible due to the storage of boxes and facility maintenance supplies. Sufficient access to and adequate working space was not provided to the electrical panel required to interrupt the power supply in the event of a fire, electrocution, and/or the prevention of an electrical shock.
