29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit": Processing Room: The direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent, there was no sign posted along the exit access doors indicating exit doorway and/or exit discharge. Additionally, the line-of-sight to an exit sign was not located at the exit/discharge doorway. Employees were exposed to the risk of smoke inhalation and/or burns.

The flexible cable was being used as the primary source of power in lieu of permanent wiring. Employees were exposed to fire and/or electrical shock hazards from using electrical equipment improperly.
