Defects when found were not immediately reported and corrected; On or about 12/19/2019 and at times prior, in the warehouse at 1300 SW 2nd street Pompano Beach FL33069, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while operating two forklifts whose horns, backup alarms and seat belts were not working, and these defects were not being immediately reported and corrected.
