29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i)(A): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling:    a) Inside facility: On December 19, 2019 and at times prior thereto a guardrail system was not in place at the landing near the Verbruggen palletizer.  This exposes employees to a 5 foot fall hazard.           b) Outside facility: On December 19, 2019 and at times prior thereto a guardrail system was not in place along an area used by employees as a break area.  This exposes employees to a 5 foot fall hazard.           Note) Corrected during inspection.
