29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  On or about December 19, 2019, at an elevator inside a concrete poured residential structure under construction located at 1005 NE Doubloon Drive in Stuart, Florida, employees were exposed to a shock hazard when using an elevator control pendant that did not have the flexible power cord provided with strain relief.
