29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about December 19, 2019, during framing activities on a newly constructed residential home located at or about 6055 Summer Lake Dr. Medina, OH 44256, the employer failed to protect employees from possible fall hazards by utilizing a guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees were observed engaged in work activities at an elevated height while framing a new residential structure.  The Jimmy's Construction LTD was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1190876, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on (12/12/2016), with respect to a workplace located at 2131 Judy Rae Ave. Alliance, OH 44601.  The Jimmy's Construction LTD was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1114602, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on (1/27/2016), with respect to a workplace located at 2878 Windfield Dr., Montville, Ohio, 44064.
