On or about December 18, 2019 two employees of HillSouth, Inc. a sub-contractor to Hi-Tech Commercial Contractors, LLC, installing exterior second story walls on a 4 story hotel structure, were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, exposing employees to 14-foot fall hazard.

On or about December 18, 2019 two employees of HillSouth, Inc. a sub-contractor to Hi-Tech Commercial Contractors, LLC, were setting king studs at the window openings of the second floor of a commercial structure and were not protected by guardrails, mid-rails, safety nets, or personal fall protection exposing them to falls in excess of 14 feet to the ground below.
