29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): An emergency exit door and route was not kept free and unobstructed:    a. On or about December 16, 2019, at the Gym area next to the rehab area door. An emergency exit door was locked from the inside, requiring a key to gain access.       b. On or about December 16, 2019, at the Gym area next to the rehab area door. The exterior wooden canopy restricted the emergency exit door from fully opening.        c. On or about December 16, 2019, at the Gym area next to the rehab area door. A portion of the concrete sidewalk is missing outside the emergency exit door, creating a 6 deep depression.    NOTE: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
